General compliance audits:

DOT and/or EPA may audit your facility announced or unannounced. If you have hazardous materials (including hazardous waste) on site, or is you ship or transport hazardous materials or hazardous waste, you could be subject to audit by government agencies.   

RCBEC can provide compliance audits to help you prepare for possible government audits.

Environmental Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA):

Companies that have hazardous chemicals on sight may be required to develop Emergency Response Information, file MSDS reports and Inventory reports and meet other state requirements under the provisions of EPCRA.

RCBEC can help a company assess it's compliance needs in order to fulfill the compliance requirements of EPCRA.  In addition, RCBEC can help you to develop response plans and prepare required reports.
